DescriptionSellers fuel Amazon s flywheel, with over 60% of Amazon sales in 2022 being driven by third-party sellers, seller growth is a major strategic lever in helping Amazon be Earth's most customer-centric company. The Seller Marketing & Design team Seller Marketing & Design (SMD) is responsible for reputation cultivating a strong public brand identity for Amazon s seller services; recruitment optimizing a funnel to help businesses to start selling in Amazon s US store; and growth nurturing long- term engagement with our store by guiding sellers towards success throughout their lifecycle.We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, high-judgement brand marketer, who is great at building relations with partners, to come join us in our mission to help every seller in the world recognize the value of Selling with Amazon. You will work on designing the brand book for the Amazon selling brand, lead brand marketing campaigns, and manage mechanisms for global roll out and guidelines governance. Using your business acumen, you will liaise with key business partners to gain alignment on brand strategy, and manage all aspects of the project execution. An ideal candidate will be able to deliver on deadlines autonomously, have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of driving results.Key job responsibilitiesOwn foundational brand elements, such as brand architecture, brand book, brand voice for the Seller business.Partner with organizational marketing stakeholders to evangelize and drive a consistent brand voice.Partner with the research team to establish a mechanism to track brand health indicators, and lead periodic deep dive that help influence brand strategy.Manage brand campaign strategy from conception to launch, including insight identification, creative briefing, development, and delivery.Drive annual brand campaign calendar planningPartner product and lifecycle marketing teams to drive consistency in brand messagingManage external partners (strategy, creative, media)Help improve positive public perception of Amazon's trustworthy shopping experience worldwide by creating and driving integrated project plans that have clear, measurable success criteria across multiple initiatives in multiple regionsWork closely and collaboratively with design, program and product teams, as well as Public Relations, Public Policy, and Legal to execute initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating any risksBring a high energy, results-oriented and resourceful mindset and quickly take control of your responsibilitiesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Arlington, VA, USA | New York City, NY, USA | Seattle, WA, USABasic QualificationsMBA6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsPreferred QualificationsExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
