Looking for an innovative, and motivated individual to join a small, talented, and hardworking Linux team in a hybrid cloud and on premise based environment. This team creates, maintains, and troubleshoots Linux instances on multiple networks, in multiple architectures.The ideal candidate works well in a small team setting, has a desire to learn hands-on Linux administration, AWS Cloud and automation/scripting techniques, and communicates well with team members.

Monitor servers for health and status
Basic troubleshoot skills
User account administration

Strong desire to learn and grow
Ability to follow instructions and communicate with team members
Desired skills:
Automated instance provisioning (Deploy via Kickstart, VMWare template, AWS AMI)
Experience with Software installation/updates/patches via YUM/DNF
Experience with or understanding of services such as DNS, NFS, LVM, rsyslog, iptables/firewalld
Experience with AWS Cloud and Services
Experience with Bash and Python scripting
Experience with Puppet and Ansible
DoD 8570 Compliance with IAM level 1 is required (SEC+ ce; Network+ ce; A+ ce)
