Incumbent will actively collaborate with stakeholders to integrate and implement 3rdparty applications with various M365 platforms, and support deployments at USP.How will YOU create impact here at USP?Develop and implement solutions using Power Platform and/or SharepointSupporting the provisioning of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) environmentsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutionsAnalyze processes to leverage Power platform tools for process automation and optimizationAdvanced knowledge of M365 applicationsEnsure awareness of and support adoption of M365 roadmap and new tools, capabilities, and potential use casesFunctional knowledge of M365 CoPilot implementation and useStay up to date with the latest M365 features and trendsConduct workshops, build use cases, presentations, demonstrations, and other documentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Power Platform, Sharepoint, and other M365 platforms to teammates and stakeholdersProviding support services to user receiving Incidents and requests from ticketing systemEscalating issues to vendors and managing tickets to resolutionProvide technical insights and guidance to users throughout the software development lifecycle.Other tasks as assignedWho USP is Looking For?The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:Education LevelBachelor s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related science discipline from an accredited college or universityRequired Skills/ExperienceMinimum of five (5) years of work experience of M365 development and support experience in an enterprise environmentMinimum of three (3) years of experience with Power Platform development and integrationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong business-to-technology translation skillsProcess development and optimization skillsProject management skills with attention to detailAdditional Desired PreferencesMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power Automate RPA Developer AssociateExperience with performing as a M365Administrator roleExperience with crafting custom M365 tools and capabilities, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and PowerBI visualizationsExperience creating custom connectors in Power PlatformAbility to work with SharePoint governanceAbility to work on SharePoint migrationProficient in creating PowerShell scriptsKnowledge of Power Platform licensing plans and featuresSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNone.BenefitsUSP provides you with the benefits you need to protect yourself and your family today and tomorrow.
