This position will be part of the Deal Management Process Enablement Team and be responsible for supporting the standardization, simplification, and automation of quoting across all Oracle lines of business as well as supporting Oracle Health (OH) quoting and contracting to help modernize the process and mitigate risk to Oracle. The primary areas of focus and responsibility will include:Documentation and communication of processes related to quoting for Oracle and Oracle Health;Documentation and communication of processes related to Oracle Health contracting; andSupport of OH Deal Management teams on operational issues.In support of these areas, the Business Analyst will use data to identify areas for improvement and priority. The individual will also write and communicate clear, concise documentation of all Deal Management processes related to quoting and Oracle Health contracting. In addition, this individual will work closely with the Oracle Deal Management Leadership and Operations teams, supporting gaps in processes or tool sets.The ideal candidate has experience in quoting or contracting at Oracle or Oracle Health, should be able to distill complex ideas into straight forward, concise process documentation or business requirements. They will interact and lead stakeholder engagements, maintain a growth mindset, and excel in a multifaceted environment with shifting priorities.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Validate, understand, and/or develop quoting and contracting processesCreate and implement process documentation for Oracle Deal Management Quoting and Oracle Health Deal Management Quoting & ContractingMitigate risk to Oracle in the transaction process through sound implementationsProvide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisionsSupport new product integration, evaluating proposals for Deal Management impact, documenting and communicating associated process changesDocument, submit and support system enhancement requests to improve quoting and contracting experience for the Deal Management teamsLead calls and manage action items of multiple parties to ensure projects are completed effectivelyPartner with stakeholders across Oracle to solve complex, nonstandard problems in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing such as Sales Operations, Global Business Practices, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Legal and Risk ManagementAbility to scope, prioritize, and manage numerous projects, creating and maintaining accountability of all involved parties to commit and deliver to specific deliverables and deadlinesBe able to effectively report out and provide status updates on projects to Manager, Senior Director and VP.Act as a resource to peers as neededQualifications:Critical thinking, self-motivated individual who acknowledges change as vitalDemonstrated leadership of projects/initiatives or leading cross-functional teamsBe a self-starter who is able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across various teams, time zones and management levelsUnderstanding of Revenue Recognition and finance controls and potential risk if not addressedDemonstrates high learning agility, attention to detail, is well organized, and can move rapidly between topics or focus areasAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlinesAbility to work in ambiguous situationsCapacity to assess situations objectively and take strong positions when vitalAbility to manage difficult discussions with multiple parties with conflicting priorities or ideasHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsCollege/University degree3+ years' experience quoting or quoting support for CPQ6+ years' experience working in a quoting, contracting, or operational roleDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range: from $73,800 to $178,200 per annum.
