A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with a minimum of four years' experience (experience can substitute for education).
Other Requirements:
Troubleshooting experience with L3 connections.
Demonstrated skill in troubleshooting IT systems.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT business systems
Proficiency in configuring Cisco switches and routers.
Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.
Familiarity with Spanning Tree Protocol, 802.1x, TCPDUMP/WireShark, and VLAN configurations.
Experience troubleshooting and configuring S2S/DMVPN/IPSEC tunnels connection.
Competence in network troubleshooting and basic firewall troubleshooting and configuration.
Basic knowledge of ISE/TACACs troubleshooting and configuration.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
Desirable Qualifications:
Previous work experience with DISA and its mission partners is a plus.
A TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is highly advantageous.
