Essential Skills: Must-Have: z/OS Hardware, LPAR, IPL, HMC, REXX, DR activity, SMF, USS, VSAM, SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL, CLISTGood-to-Have :TCP/IP, RACF, MQ, CICS Desirable Skills: Upgrading, maintaining and supporting z/OS operating systemsProviding technical support for customer, implementing changes and resolving assigned problemsUpgrading, maintaining and supporting ISV productsProviding 24x7 after hours on-call support as required support by the teamPersonal compliance and ownership on security, audit and systems integrity postureHighlighting areas for improvement in current processes, and implementing improvementsFully understand z/OS services structure, Parallel sysplex, DFSMS and Catalog managementPARMLIB configuration and JES2 customizationSystem Utility and dataset utility programsExpertise in applying license keys and CIRATS maintenance.Ability to support in solving problems and implementing changes on z/OS environmentsAbility to take the lead in problem solving and coordination of multi-disciplinary groupsstrong analytical and problem solving skills
