The Test Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end testing activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements,
including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.

Coordinate and manage the testing resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing
guidance to the testing team.

Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of SAP SuccessFactors modules,
ensuring adherence to testing standards and best
practices.

Execute test cases and record test results, identifying and
documenting defects, and working closely with the
development team to ensure timely resolution.

Identify and mitigate testing risks and issues, proactively
addressing challenges and implementing appropriate
mitigation strategies.
