The Leidos DES (Defense Enclave Services) team is supporting an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies and Leidos is seeking an Azure UEM InTune/MECM System Administrator to work at Ft. Meade, MD.

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The Defense Enclave Services contract will unify the DOD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities' common use information technology systems, personnel, functions and program elements under the direction of DISA's Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
Must hold an active Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate, maintain, validate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues associated Azure UEM MECM and InTune production environment.

Patching of servers & workstations from Azure and On-Premises MECM/SCCM.

Assist in the management of Global Policy Objects through InTune

Provide first-line support for Microsoft Intune-related queries and issues, including device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.

Troubleshoot Intune-related problems on various devices such as laptops/ desktops with Windows, iOS, and Android services.

Assist end-users with Intune-related tasks, such as application deployment, policy enforcement, and remote wipe.

Monitor Intune console for compliance violations and take appropriate actions to remediate issues.

Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve escalated Intune-related incidents and problems.

Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials for Intune support.

UEM Migration of machine and Task Sequence buildout

Intune CMG connection / Maintenance

Remotely log into the end users' endpoint (desktops and/or servers) in order to perform technical software configuration, rebooting (All rebooting is scheduled and should not be handled by the MECM engineer and can be removed), and other actions.
Provide support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance support. Rapidly distinguish isolated user problems.
Guides strategy, engineering, design, and project management of multi-user computer platforms.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex infrastructure hardware and software problems for multi- user computer platforms.
Installs and maintains infrastructure hardware and software.
Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions associated with incident tickets and requirements.
Establish comprehensive availability and capacity management solution using lessons learned
Develop solutions to complex technical issues.
Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for root cause analysis, engineering technical assessment and process improvement initiatives.
May Mentor junior teammates (in problem resolution activities and resolves more complex technology issues.)
Possesses a detailed knowledge of various technologies and demonstrates the ability to leverage and appropriately integrate those technologies within the current environment.
Balances technology integration alternatives and recommends action with consideration to both technical efficiency and effectiveness.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience; additional years of directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree

Must hold an active Security+CE Certification
Experience with Scripting/Automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages .
Experience using SCCM, MECM, Intune and a thorough understanding of co-management.

Windows 10 and 11 Provisioning: Design and deploy Windows 10 and 11 provisioning processes using Intune Autopilot.

Management of group policy objects. Demonstrated experience utilizing best practices for creating, testing, deploying, and managing GPO's in an Azure Intune environment.

Experience troubleshooting issues in a growing environment.
A consultative/advisory mindset with the ability to design.
Experience in troubleshooting application issues in virtualized environment.
Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Request Management.
Collaboration with the team in implementing new technology initiatives, standards major changes or upgrades to production environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience managing mobile device configurations and app deployments using Intune.

5+ years of well-rounded IT experience, preferably in a large enterprise environment.

Familiar with the Azure Cloud environment

Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104 certification)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
