The individual will be responsible for all aspects of desktop/laptop systems, communications, hardware/software and office systems.
Daily Responsibilities:
Set-up configure and support PCs/Laptops/networks
Maintain all systems, applications, security and network configurations
Be able to run Network cables
Troubleshoot network performance issues
Work on upgrades, patches, and equipment
Provide technical support and guidance to users
Provide Help Desk Support
Strong writing skills and communications
Rely on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Must be able to work on escalation tickets and help team members
Must have at least 3-years hands on experience
Office 365 experience
ConnectWise experience is a plus.
Must have minimum 2 years IT Helpdesk experience
