- Strong support/implementation experience in SAP CRM
- Order creation through CRM, Service Issue and Credit/Debit/ Return
- Very good understanding of CRM and Sales & Distribution integration
- Integration to other systems like Gateway, BW, SMTP
- Experience in designing and developing (good to have)
- bility to learn on the fly and comprehend how application code interacts with database layers, interfaces and ability to consult with various application development teams
- Exceptional trouble-shooting skills and ability to research analyze and provide solutions for complex functional and technical issues
- Support key business process owners and business leads
- Leading work on critical issues impacting business working with other modules and other application teams including SAP
- Coordinate with business process owners/SMEs for support and development activities.
- Interact with operations team
- Requirements clarification and documentation
- Support end users for functionality related issues and access requests
- Create/update Technical specifications (as needed).
- Support application Testing activities
- Onsite-Offshore coordination
