Strong support/implementation experience in SAP CRM
Order creation through CRM, Service Issue and Credit/Debit/ Return
Very good understanding of CRM and Sales & Distribution integration
Integration to other systems like Gateway, BW, SMTP
Experience in designing and developing (good to have)
bility to learn on the fly and comprehend how application code interacts with database layers, interfaces and ability to consult with various application development teams
Exceptional trouble-shooting skills and ability to research analyze and provide solutions for complex functional and technical issues

Support key business process owners and business leads
Leading work on critical issues impacting business working with other modules and other application teams including SAP
Coordinate with business process owners/SMEs for support and development activities.
Interact with operations team
