SourceFactor is conducting a search for a Senior Director of Information Technology. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of 3 days per week in the Northern Virginia office.

Our client is a mid-sized manufacturing company (1,000 employees) headquartered in Northern Virginia, with operations throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The Senior Director of IT reports to the CFO and manages the entire IT organization.

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Broad IT experience with particular emphasis on ERP / Business Applications implementations (SAP preferred). Infrastructure and cloud experience is great, but successful candidates must have demonstrated ERP management and implementation experience
• IT management experience to include supervising teams of people as well as managing IT functions
• Experience with SAP products - ideally S/4HANA
• Experience working with organization leadership, business units, and operational teams to understand business needs and ensure that technology investments serve the strategic goals of the business
• Manufacturing and supply chain experience is a major plus
