Responsibilities:

- Organizing and Managing mentoring, coaching, co-development and team development requests.
- Managing data analytics related to usage, experience, improvement of all Learning, Development and Talent Management activities.
- Managing attendance by actively monitoring registration, sending updates to participants, and seeking to increase enrollments.
- Developing, managing and reporting the results of feedback surveys.
- Providing on-going support to virtual live classes as well as program participants by answering questions regarding registration, training record
- Assisting with communications by producing graphic design deliverables in the form of: Google Slide presentations, infographics, and marketing materials
- Organizing and Managing mentoring, coaching, co-development and team development requests.

- 3+ years experience in HR with a passion for Learning and Development.
- Experience in translating large amounts of data into meaningful outputs.
- Internal Marketing & Communication experience desired
- Advanced Proficiency with Google Suite including content creation preferred
- Previous LMS Experience Preferred
- 3+ years experience in HR with a passion for Learning and Development.
