POSITION OVERVIEW:
KIPP DC seeks an Early Literacy Regional Instructional Coach to join the KIPP DC instructional coaching team. The instructional coaching team is responsible for the content support of leaders and teachers ensuring all students develop skills in joyful, affirming and engaging classrooms. The Early Literacy Regional Instructional Coach's work will support K-2 teachers across the region and fall into three categories: literacy program implementation, teacher and leader development. This is an exempt role and will report to the Senior Managing Director of Literacy and Humanities.
