Blue Rose is seeking a Business Consultant to support our work with a federal client in Northern Virginia. This is an On-site role (location TBD) and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.
An ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance is required prior to starting work.

An ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance is required prior to starting work.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for requirements gathering and documentation
- Be responsible for User Story and Use case documentation
- Ad-hoc Production support (issue investigation, triage, and resolution)
- Assist in the process of documenting, analyzing, tracking, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements from business and technology stakeholders
- Be responsible for controlling change and communication to relevant stakeholders
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must:
- Have minimum 3 years experience presenting to large groups
- Thrive during public speaking opportunities
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience administering and configuring software preferable
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000, Dependent on Experience
