Payroll Analyst - Corporate

Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Payroll Analyst prepares payroll input to the electronic payroll system. This individual will be responsible for the creation, general maintenance, and timely submission of payrolls for the assigned facilities.

Job Responsibilities

* Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data

* Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and nontaxable wages

* Resolves payroll discrepancies by collection and analyzing information

* Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

* Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential

* Works with field HR/Payroll Coordinators

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.

* 2+ years of payroll experience.

* Strong analytical and communication skills.

* Ability to multi-task and work independently.

* Must be proficient in MS Excel
