Our federal client is seeking a Lead Helpdesk Specialist to join their team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will provide top-notch phone, email and in-person IT support to 300+ VIP users in a Windows 11 environment.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of relevant experience (strict government labor category)
-Network troubleshooting experience
-Windows 10/11 management and troubleshooting experience
-Enterprise IOS troubleshooting experience
-ServiceNow ticketing experience
-Strong communication skills, VIP user support experience preferred
