Spanish-Oral and Written Fluency
Position for a part-time Parent Liaison at the Madison ECE Center
25 Hours per week/1000 Hours/year, $27.56/hr.
Daily Hours vary depending on parent/student need (Calendar, July 1st -June 30th) Evening and Weekend Hours may be required
Great organization skills, Iniative, and Friendly Demeanor with Families Required
Duties include but are not limited to:
Screening process documentation, parent meetings (evenings & weekends possible), Home Visiting (as needed), Assist Spanish speaking families throughout the Screening and Registration process, Parent phone calls, Community Outreach (evenings & weekends possible), work with dual language teachers regarding familiy and student needed, attending and planning parent events, BPAC meetings, translation, district communication, website, newsletters, etc.
