Muirfield Village Golf Club is seeking a candidate capable of performing a dual role position: Cook / Server
Job Summary
- Provides excellent customer service while performing a variety of duties related to food service which include greeting, preparing and serving hot and cold food.
- Responsible and high level customer service is a major component of this position.
- This position is comprised of weekday and weekend evening shifts.
Position Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greets and serves customers promptly and courteously.
- Handles all hot and cold foods appropriately during preparation and service, ensures proper cleaning and disposal practices occur continually.
- Cleans equipment as assigned thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Ensures all food and supplies are stored under proper conditions, covered, labeled, and dated.
- Maintains standard operating procedures in accordance with company policy and guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess the following:
- Experience cooking and serving in a food service industry setting.
- Food presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and interactive skills.

- Standing and walking - 100% of time.
- Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
