Responsibilities: As a remote Transactional/Commercial Paralegal, you will play a vital role in our growing law firm. We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in a wide range of transactional and commercial legal matters, including: Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions Coordinating due diligence processes and managing transaction closings Providing support for entity formations, registrations, and ongoing compliance Conducting legal research and analysis to support transactional work Collaborating with attorneys to ensure the successful completion of client matters Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, with a focus on business/corporate law Minimum of 3 years of experience as a transactional/commercial paralegal under an attorney in a law firm setting Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions and documentation (required) Candidates should possess exceptional attention to detail and high-level organizational & time-management skills Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and contract management Talented communicator & writer Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
