Belmont Bay is a 120 Bed Skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that is conveniently located just off I-95 close to Prince William and Fairfax counties & on Route one of public transportation lines!.

Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:



  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of VA.

  • MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience working in skilled nursing

  • It is key to being able to provide excellent patient care.

  • Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.

  • Maintain resident confidentiality.

  • Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
