CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Human Capitol Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

What Youll Get To Do:

+ Analyzing and optimizing various aspects of our organization's workforce

+ Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to employee demographics, performance, engagement, and retention rates

+ Conduct thorough assessments to identify trends and patterns within the workforce, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making by HR and management teams

Youll Bring These Qualifications:

+ Active SECRET Clearance or attainable

+ 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree

+ May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

+ Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

+ Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

+ Knowledge of the Sponsors organization, mission, and partners

+ Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
