What you'll do

Our Revenue and Growth - Performance & Technology (P&T) team works with healthy as well as under-performing companies across a variety of high impact situations.

The Revenue and Growth team helps clients across all industries deliver significant improvement in top line, profitability, and enterprise value through a combination of seven key areas: customer and product profitability, customer insights and analytics, growth strategy, sales, marketing, pricing, product strategy and innovation.

What you'll need

* Preferably you will have a mix of consulting and industry experience.

* Relevant experience in a range of business-critical topics including but not limited to:

* Customer and product profitability

* Sales and marketing effectiveness

* Pricing and promotions

* Go-to-market strategy

* Growth strategy

* Product planning and innovation

* Demonstrable track record in achieving implementation oriented, qualitative solutions in multiple workstreams.

* Deep understanding of business issues and the ability to communicate them effectively to team leaders and clients.

* Willingness to build professional and personal growth by working in high-impact situations under time-pressure.

* True passion for achieving ambitious results.

* Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills along with strong financial literacy and modelling.

* Passion for growth topics and a contributor to / participant in industry events / conferences.

* Excellent relationship management with c-suite stakeholders while achieving results.

* Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and executive-level presentation skills.

* Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous.

* Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.

* Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.

* Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

Education Requirements

* Master's degree and / or an MBA, and evidence of a strong academic record.

* A degree in Business and / or Finance is preferable but not essential.
