Job description

Work with a development team as a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile best practices and mentor new team members on Agile processes. Facilitate sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Support the management team in communicating with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations. Collect and write detailed user stories and work with the team and client to identify associated tasks and acceptance criteria. Analyze business processes and work with the project team to implement and improve processes. Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a product backlog, support QA and requirement validation, meet with various stakeholders to discuss needs, and provide suggestions during stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering. Provide documentation for new efforts, including level of effort analysis, plans or timelines, requirements documents, and other required documentation.Basic Qualifications:8+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements as a Scrum Master of a development team in large software or infrastructure programsExperience with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence for project management and collaborationExperience in collecting and reporting DORA metrics for SAFe Agile teamsExperience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client managementExperience with teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework conceptsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality software and infrastructure solutionsKnowledge of the project management frameworkAbility to influence and inspire teamsAbility to handle complex and challenging situationsPossession of excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skillsPossession of excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsSecurity+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.Grow With UsYour growth matters to usthats why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD).
