Position: Quality Assurance Analyst
Client: State of Maryland
Location: 100% onsite; 301 W Preston St, Baltimore, MD 21201
Duration: Three-month contract

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide overall quality control of scanning team to ensure health records are scanned properly and quality standards are compliant with customer's specifications
- Provide corrective actions for process improvement as needed to the scanning team
- Compile and maintain evidence of Quality Assurance Review results, identifying areas for improvement, and sharing best practices
- Train team as necessary to ensure quality standards are being met
- Plan, perform and oversee inspection of scanned medical records
- Ensure scanning team is treating PII with proper security protocols
- Report on results of quality activities
- Coordinate with customer's leadership quality assurance results and areas for improvement as needed
- Assist the Scanning Supervisor as needed
Minimum Qualifications: Must demonstrate the following experience by start and stop employment dates in resume.
- 2+ years of previous QA experience preferred
- Candidates with previous experience on document scanning projects strongly preferred
- Previous EHR experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills required
- Superb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies
