Compensation- $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience with annual performance bonuses

Responsibilities

Organizational Leadership: Lead and supervise the operational team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Prioritization: Strategically prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
Lead Management: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes to optimize occupancy rates.
Communication: Facilitate clear and concise communication channels between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Financial Management: Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, utilizing QuickBooks.
Tracking/Projections/Data Analysis: Analyzing data to provide insight and to drive informed decision-making.
Proactive Decision Making: Anticipate potential challenges and opportunities, and make proactive decisions to mitigate risks and capitalize on strengths.
Administrative Management: Oversee administrative functions, including documentation, record-keeping, and compliance.
Transaction Management: Manage property transactions, leases, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants, optimize property visibility, and enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

Background in Real Estate or related field REQUIRED.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in property management or real estate.
Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in financial management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address operational challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Real estate license (preferred).
