Job Title: Mid-Level Technical Product Manager
Work Location: Ft. Collins, CO or Remote

Alpha Omega is seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Technical Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience and an Associate's degree to join our team. The Technical Product Manager will typically oversee all aspects of projects, leading teams on large or significant segments of complex projects. This role involves analyzing new and complex project-related problems and creating innovative solutions that encompass various aspects such as schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management. Additionally, the Technical Product Manager will provide applications systems analysis and develop long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of projects, leading teams on large projects or significant segments of complex projects.
  • Analyze new and complex project-related problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide applications systems analysis and develop long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies.


Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical product management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large projects or significant project segments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Certification in project management or product management (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  • Experience in software development or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management principles.
