Responsibilities
Advise buyer/seller in handling additional offers to purchase/sell their home
Negotiate on behalf of clients to get the best deal at the best price
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Qualifications
REAL ESTATE LICENSE PREFERRED
You are self-motivated, and feel empowered in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
You are committed to a culture of positivity and high performance
You value feedback and thrive on constant improvement and learning
You have a strong work ethic, and a self-driven desire to succeed
You are excited by the opportunity to win as an individual contributor
Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
Show a track record of real estate success
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred
Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
