Job description
Our client, an international company headquartered in NY, is searching for a entry level legal assistant to join their team. Will manage corporate, legal, and personal administrative tasks, including managing the office of the Chairman. This role is located in Bergen County, New Jersey
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily tasks for the office of the Chairman and Legal partners.
Provide direct administrative support to the Chairman of the Company, handling both corporate and personal tasks as directed.
Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings.
Administrative duties include preparing documents and preparing for meetings.
Coordinate and draft administrative procedures.
Prepare correspondence and legal documents.
Responsible for scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Respond to client phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Maintain up-to-date information on company databases as requested.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Thoroughness, attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a high-paced environment
Initiative to conduct work independently
