Vinson Hall Retirement Community (VHRC), a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community, located in beautiful McLean, VA is currently seeking an energetic team player to join our team as a Maintenance Tech I This position performs maintenance services for the community, our residents and staff and surrounding grounds. Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in the building and construction fields preferred.
- HVAC, electrical, painting and plumbing experience preferred.
- Plumbing and electrical license required when performing such tasks.
- Painting experience required.
