Business Systems Analyst

Job description

Our financial client based in Arlington, Virginia is looking for a business analyst to join their team and will focus on salesforce development and integration. You will execute on software platform development, and integrations, API configuration, business process management and business user support. This person will need to create some redundancy and help assist the build-out of a martech stack.


This position will require onsite attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week in Arlington, VA.


Responsibilites

  • Support, configure, test, and troubleshoot production software used to enable marketing automation
  • Lead monthly production of full, accurate, and timely client reports and marketing material, to achieve deadlines
  • Define and drive workflows to support efficient report production
  • Perform verification to identify/resolve data issues
  • Perform quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data and information being processed by the team
  • Successfully collaborate with peers in other functional areas (marketing, sales, risk, innovation) for feedback and refinement of production processes and materials
  • Translate conceptual requirements from business users into functional requirements for the IT team to implement
  • Contribute ideas to further refine and enhance our client reporting materials and execution processes


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in applicable areas
  • Five years of relevant experience, preferably in the investment management industry or other professional services business
  • Excellent communication and planning skills, including the ability to coordinate the activities of multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Detail-oriented with solid project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with client reporting software, content management systems, and workflow tools is a strong plus
