Job description

We are seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join a prestigious DC law firm founded by esteemed partners from top global law firms.


In this role, you'll coordinate office operations for the Washington, D.C. location, serving as a crucial initial point of contact for visitors and clients. We're looking for an organized, adaptable individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a professional, fast-paced environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing phone communications
  • Overseeing office logistics
  • Maintaining supplies
  • Supporting administrative tasks for attorneys


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or professional services setting
