As an Assistant Project Manager, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, management, and execution of construction projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Sample projects that the Assistant Project Manager may handle include, but not be limited to: commercial HVAC replacements, roof replacements, playground installations/replacements, generator installations/replacements, restroom renovations, large and small park improvements, office renovations, flooring replacement, security projects, fencing installations, park master plans, energy efficiency projects, and new municipal buildings and facilities. The successful candidate will have a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities, and be able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Position may include full or part-time hours.
