License Requirement: A valid real estate license in Maryland, Virginia or, D.C. is required.Earnings Potential: As a commission-only job, with dedication and hard work, you can make six figures or above within your first year here! Plus, you will have access to numerous resources and tools to ensure your success.Responsibilities:We know that the vast majority of real estate business is repeat and referral, but we also know there is much more business that could be captured! Most agents have too large a database and are not contacting the members effectively!Here is a simple math problem for you# of people in your database X 4 X 5%= The number of transactions you should be doing by repeat and referral.If you re not operating at that level, we have a proposition for youWe hear it from agents all the time. I could be better there. The bottom line is, up until the last few years, even with a marginal follow-up program, you could still capture the referral business. But times have changed.
