The infrastructure group is seeking a BA to perform a 3-month assessment and deliver recommendations: This role is onsite M-F at the Columbus, OH office. All candidates must be residents of the Columbus, OH metro area.

Primarily, the BA will carry out the following work

Work with a specific area to understand the scope of their responsibilities including:

• What tools and software they utilize
• What inflow of requests and backlog of items related to IT needs they have
• Any governance process that has been built out
• The number of resources that the group has
• Any outstanding gaps in processes or requests they have

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must currently reside in Columbus, OH
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the infrastructure domain.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies such as networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) are a plus.
