We are seeking a savvy Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Manager to support innovative Biotech CapEx projects.Projects variety examples:* Overseeing a diverse cast of contractors, subcontractors in the Commissioning & Qualification stages of construction.Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:* Oversight and governance that commissioning and qualification protocol results, raw data calculations, and completed test scripts have met established acceptance criteria and been reviewed to company standards, processes and procedures.* Assist the Project Manager (PM) to establish appropriate C&Q stage strategy, scheduling and resources plans required for Stage 2 and Stage 3 deliverables.* Develop C&Q Plan in accordance with the project VMP and oversee the completion of C&Q planning assessment - SIA, Risk Assessments, Vendor Assessment and others per C&Q procedures.* Oversee execution of "Safe to Start" review before system energization.* Oversee and manage "live system" operations during C&Q phase if system is still under project team care and custody including management of "live system" status board.* Lead and manage C&Q/CSV resources (personnel, documentation, test equipment) to ensure successful execution of C&Q/CSV within project schedule and budget.* Acceptance of A0, A1, A2, and A3 Certificates and provide the Go/No C&Q Stage check points progression.You'll be a perfect fit if you have:* Bachelor's degree in engineering - mechanical, chemical or electrical.* Ten or more years of total experience including three or more years of C&Q management/oversight within Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences.* Strong collaborator with ability to create and maintain effective working relationships and willing to challenge behaviors and actions.What TAI offers:* The opportunity to make a real impact on a variety of industry-leading projects.* The ability to balance your work and family activities.* Flexible work schedule* Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values creativity and innovation.* Competitive salary and benefits package.* A chance to learn and grow alongside some of the brightest minds in engineering.* Professional Development and Association Membership Reimbursements - such as ISPE Membership.If you're interested in learning more about TAI Engineering and what made us a top-20 partner to the manufacturing sector per Engineering News Record (ENR), please visit us at www.taiengineering.com.
