If you are looking for an opportunity that will give your skills and talents a chance to really shine, start your application today!Responsibilities:Recruit, hire and train all branch personnel including mortgage loan officers/ MLOs, compliance, operations, underwriters, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals to build a well-rounded teamHelp employees achieve sales goals by leading, training, and motivating them to succeedEnforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff membersExcel in meeting all pipeline, sales management, and new business generation goals to increase market shareMarket and promote our company with business partners and referral networks such as realtors, with strong attention to reputation managementQualifications:NMLS or state licensing preferredConfident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loansUndergraduate degree (bachelor s) in banking, finance, business administration, or economics preferred -- equivalent experience acceptedRequires 3-5 years of experience in banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role as customer service, operations, business development, human resources, or sales managerExcellent judgment and decision making skills, and exceptional communication skillsAbout Company:CityScape Metro Group has grown by over 400% in the past year and it wasn't by accident.
