We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of 3 years experience as a technical Business Analyst preferably within a Microsoft Stack development environment. PowerBI experience from a BA perspective desired but not required.

This position will collaborate with the our Client s internal customers to identify and implement technology solutions. The candidate will work in partnership with an internal technical team to design, implement, and support custom-built applications and data interfaces. The position will also collaborate with external partners as necessary to support commercial on-premise applications and cloud-hosted services. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Facilitate regular meetings with business partners to review the status of tasks and gain consensus on priorities.

Take ownership of the application and project roadmap for IT efforts underway and planned within the overall scope.

Meet with business partners to understand their processes, and to gather and document business requirements for solutions that deliver value to the company.

Identify opportunities to improve business operations and processes by leveraging technology.

Interface closely with vendors and other IT teams to collaboratively address application issues.

Research and resolve system issues proactively and provide status updates and recommendations to business partners and management.

Develop test plans and support documentation for supported systems.

Coordinate user acceptance testing with business partners.

Understand the security and compliance requirements of applications and business areas. Utilize appropriate methods, controls and documentation.

Understand the impact of application changes within the end users area, both directly supported applications and interfacing applications

Occasionally shepherd IT projects through the Project Management Process phases.
