Job Responsibilities:
- Cost Analysis : Ability to analyze and report on project costs, with insights for improving project and financial performance.
- Forecasting : Skill in creating accurate forecasts to evaluate project performance against budgets and schedules.
- Financial Management : Knowledge in managing project finances, including budgeting, accruals, and forecasting
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical ability to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Communication : Excellent communication on skills for clear reporting and collaboration with various stakeholders. Including Capital Delivery Finance
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project Management tools (i.e. MS Project, P6, MasterWorks)
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in financial analysis and project reporting.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
