If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, apply now!Responsibilities:Responsible for working with all facets of dispatch:Prepare daily work schedules for all drivers and crew membersPrepare daily work schedules and responsibilities for the jobsDispatch crews after careful review & communication to meet our service standards, and the scope of work specific to each job and each dayDispatch to meet start times each day for each jobAny employee dispatched will meet MG s uniform standardsReview dispatch sheets daily for maximum equipment/manpower utilization and crew productivity; develop improvements and enhancements to the existing systemMonitor all jobs to ensure operational timelines & goals are met. Clearly communicate all deficiencies directly with crew members within 24 hours of any occurrenceAdherence to company policy and procedures by warehouse and moving personnel are the responsibility of DispatchSupport the recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluate crew and CDL driversSupport maintaining operational safety and other standardsSupport standard employee files for all operations employeesAdditional duties, and tasks, as assignedQualifications:Applicant with experience working with people in stressful and dynamic conditions is preferredPrevious work in a customer-facing positionCandidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma or GED required; bachelor s or associate degree is preferredWe prefer applicants with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcherAbout Company:Are you looking for a rewarding career with an award-winning company that is growing nationally?
