The GM is responsible for all facets of front-of-house caf operations dedicated to delivering a warm, authentic and inspiring environment for both guests and team members, to thoughtful leadership, and to overall restaurant performance. Our GMs will work side by side with the FOH team and in partnership with Chef and back-of-house team to drive total four walls quality, standards and performance. GMs are passionate about delivering on the smallest details to uphold and grow the Tatte brand.
