Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu, inform guests of food preparation details and promote specials.* Prepare and clear tables, serve food and drinks.* Always deliver an experience of warm relaxed hospitality.* Demonstrate superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail.* Support all Tom's team members.* Ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality.* Promote and embrace the restaurant's community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability. honesty, initiative, an outgoing nature and a pleasant, professional appearance.* Greet guests, escort them to their tables and assist with all inquiries as needed.* Must be able to think on your toes, to make adjustments and decisions quickly, and always prioritize the guest experience.Qualifications* Must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and a passion for hospitality.* Superior temperament, adaptable nature and superior communication skills.* Food and beverage knowledge preferred.* The ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.* Must be at least 18 years of age.* Must be able to serve alcohol.
