Administrative Security Specialist Rosslyn VA (Onsite)
Marathon TS is seeking an Administrative Security Specialist to provide security support to the Program Executive Office of a government client in Rosslyn, VA.
This person should drive work independently, accurately prioritize responsibilities, and develop informed recommendations. This role will work closely with a Facilities and Security Manager to ensure a daily on-site presence and compliance for all government-leased facilities.
This is a fully on-site role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure measures for office safety (Develop and review various plans, training material, standard operating procedures, business workflow, etc.)
Partner with external agencies to schedule and deliver secialized trainings for personnel (antiterrorism assessments, occupational health and safety assessments, active shooter, occupant emergency, etc)
Conduct recurring security inspections of office spaces (Security hardware, software, suite and building perimeter checks)
Gather and analyze data for antiterrorism assessments; Complete measures, coordinate scheduling and submit reports
Maintain process for monitoring on-site guests in all office spaces; including government employees and their guests
Provide a timely response to security inquiries and requests sent to shared inbox
Inventory management for physical access requirements (e.g. DataWatch elevator cards)
Update contents and communication regularly for security related items on internal SharePoint
Partner with Talent Management team to assist with out-processing and CAC returns to HQ
Perform special projects and/or other duties as assigned or required.
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of security management experience, preferably 8 years
Secret Clearance required
Current CAC through DOD preferred
U.S. citizenship required
