If this sounds like a job you d love, apply now!Responsibilities:Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothlySupervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficientlyWork with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new casesSet appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers schedules organized and grow our caseloadSurvey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic mannerQualifications:Previous customer service or sales experience preferredExcellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor s degree is desiredProficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft ExcelSolid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skillsAbout Company:The mission of the Law Offices of Carmiece T.
