General ManagerBaltimore Area Car Dealership is looking for General Manager to lead our staff. The GM is responsible for ensuring the profitability of the dealership through the oversight of the various departments which include variable operations (sales & financing), fixed operations (service & parts), and the business office (accounting & administration).Responsibilities:Develop and establish short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives for the dealership, in alignment with the executive leadership teamCreate and execute dealership operations plans to achieve monthly and annual forecasts.Ensure effective management of inventory and facilitiesMaintain the financial viability of the dealership, including accurate reporting of monthly and annual financial statementsPrepare, manage, and report accurate budgeting statements, meeting the expectations of the executive teamFoster an environment of effective leadership to develop highly productive, enthusiastic, and loyal employeesOversee the development and implementation of marketing and advertising initiatives for the dealershipQualifications:RequirementsPrevious automotive General Sales Manager or General Manager experienceStrong leadership skills and management skillsAccountability for operational and financial performanceFinancial analysis and reporting experienceStrong communication, presentation, and writing skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work within a fast-paced environmentTeam PlayerAbout Company:Regional Automotive Group in the Baltimore area with 10+ locations.
