Terraforma Church is hiring a part-time worship leader. This person will lead worship on Sundays at Terraforma Church, lead worship band members through scheduling and coaching, and work with the pastor and staff.

This is a part time position requiring 4 Sundays a month from 8:30am-12:00noon. We don't have church anytime there are 5 Sundays in a month because we scatter to serve our community on those 5th Sundays. The expectation is our worship leader would be available 40 Sundays per year, coordinating volunteer band members and vocalists to cover on any Sundays you would miss.

Requirements:

-Growing relationship with Jesus

-Ability to lead contemporary worship music - vocally and either on guitar or keyboard

-Ability to coach and lead other volunteer band members (we have a number of guitar players, bassists, percussion, keys, and vocalists that would be scheduled by the worship leader).

-Knowledge of Planning Center Online or equivalent scheduling and production software

-Alignment with the values, ethos, and church culture of Terraforma Church

Reports to: The Lead Pastor

Reports to me: Worship Band Members

Works closely with: the Lead Pastor, Operations Pastor
