Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable caregiver to become a key part of our care team in Fort Washington, Maryland 20744. This role is for someone who values punctuality, is ready to learn, and understands the importance of their presence in the lives of those they care for.

While experience in home care is valuable, we equally value your willingness to learn and adapt. We provide training and support to help you grow in this role.

Work Schedule:

We have openings for 12-hour day shifts (8 AM to 8 PM).

• Option 1: 3 days a week and every other weekend (48 hours/week)
• Option 2: 2 days a week and every other weekend. (36 hours/week)

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Recognizes the significance of being reliable and on time.
• Knowledge of how to cook and prepare meals
• Able to learn and grow in the caregiver profession.
• Holds a valid driver s license and has dependable transportation.
• Previous experience in home care is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing meals according to the client s dietary needs and preferences.
• Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Engaging in friendly and sociable interactions, offering companionship.
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members.
• Consistently maintaining a professional and tidy appearance.
