As a vital member of our Operations team, you'll be the driving force behind the efficient performance of our production equipment. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Test Engineers and the Production Team to redefine industry standards.

About the Role:
As a vital member of our Operations team, you'll be the driving force behind the efficient performance of our production equipment. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Test Engineers and the Production Team to redefine industry standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Innovate and improve production tools, fixtures, and processes.
- Lead the implementation of manufacturing and testing processes for new and existing products, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
- Be the technical backbone for production and quality teams, solving challenges and enhancing product specifications.
- Develop, document, and refine process flows and work instructions, playing a pivotal role in our continuous improvement journey.
- Spearhead a robust preventative maintenance program, keeping our production equipment in top condition.
- Influence production strategies through effective space planning, workflow optimization, and equipment management.
Job Requirements:
- BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in an electro-mechanical assembly/test environment.
