*Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) *is seeking a * Construction Manager* to work in the Columbus, OH area*
*This is a direct placement position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
*Job Summary:* The Construction Manager will concentrate on municipal infrastructure projects
Specifically, sanitary and storm sewer projects, waterlines, pump stations, roadway improvements, and related work for compliance with contract plans and specifications.
*Responsibilities:*
* Monitoring of on site labor, materials, equipment, and construction operations
* Written reporting of operations, measurements and calculations, quantity collations, and appurtenant efforts
* Monitoring and reporting on extra work activities
* Interfacing with clients, residents and businesses affected by the work
* Other related activities as needed
* Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering or Construction
* Registered Ohio or West Virginia Professional Engineer preferred
* Ability to read and understand blueprints, contract specifications
* Ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors and management
