How you ll make an impact:SiriusXM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Personalization Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the product roadmap for our Personalization Platform that helps our listeners to find the content they love on Sirius XM and Pandora.What you ll do: Partner with Services and Machine Learning Innovation teams to understand their challenges and shape the roadmap in a way that is inclusive of tech driven initiatives Help personalization and experience teams by providing canonical data that represent every user s taste, interests, behaviors, habits and history and by building machine learning engineering systems that support reliable, fast ML iteration across the company. Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Collaborate with org wide cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and features Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of product updates and releases Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvementWhat you ll need:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field At least 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the streaming audio or video industries Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Experimentation systems and a strong understanding of large scale platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of product managers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills A results-driven mindset and a passion for building products that delight customers Must have legal right to work in the USAt SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $136,000 to $220,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
