Supporting activities associated with delivery of customer-defined systems and software projects.Technical expertise to be able to maintain and support CentOS/Linux systems physical and virtual.Experience with Oracle RDS administration.Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude.Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.Installing, configuring, and deploying TRIRIGA software components when necessary.Supporting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining server issues and security.Managing, deploying, configuring, and maintaining servers in a virtualized and traditional environment.Assisting in creating scripts to monitor systems, diagnostics, resolve issues, and automate routine tasks.Creating, and maintaining written and verbal procedures; prepares written technical documentation, training material, standards, reports, and other documents as assigned.More About This Role:Your responsibilities will include maintaining existing systems by analyzing, designing, and implementing changes to the system baselines so that baseline changes meet customer requirements. You will also work with upcoming technology refresh projects. Day to day activities include responding to support requests, remotely supporting system installations, and building development environments.
